How to Balance Sports and Academics As a High School Student Athlete

School can be a very busy time for each student, but for the athletes, these activities are multiplied by ten. Learning to balance sports, academics, social life and downtime is serious dedication and time management. In order to maximize your time to read the following tips on how to manage the sport in schools and universities.

• Plan your week in advance. Set aside a realistic time of the study, practice, meet, train and other obligations, and comply with the timetable as far as possible.

• Use to study the same place every day. So it will be an integral part of the program and will soon be second nature.
